About the role#
As a Civil Engineering Intern in Land Development, you will work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to real-world projects. This is a full-time, on-site summer internship program running from mid-May through the first week of August. You will be integrated into a team to develop technical and professional skills through hands-on assignments.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering assignments under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Shadow daily operations to learn about various project phases.
- Support larger projects and gain insight into the day-to-day workings of the engineering field.
- Participate in social engagement activities and learn about company sectors and services.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and high motivation.
- Good organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to focus, pay attention to detail, and identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A sincere desire to gain industry experience.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
