About the role#
As a Civil Engineering Intern in the H&H division, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work alongside experienced professionals. You will gain hands-on experience, contribute to real-world projects, and develop the technical skills needed to start your career.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering assignments under the direction of experienced engineers.
- Shadow actual operations to learn about various project phases.
- Complete unique assignments that support larger projects.
- Learn about our company sectors and services.
- Participate in company social engagement activities.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and high motivation.
- A sincere desire to gain industry experience and knowledge.
- Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on MS Excel.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- A strong work ethic.

This is a paid, full-time internship located in Dallas, Mc Kinney, or Fort Worth, Texas. The role is on-site and does not offer sponsorship.
