About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January through April. You will work on-site in Toronto, supporting the ticketing team with daily operations, data management, and administrative tasks. This role requires a minimum commitment of 37.5 hours per week, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
What you'll do#
- Input data and generate regular ticket count reports while maintaining the count system.
- Organize and update historical event ticketing records.
- Assist internal departments, clients, and external event personnel with ticketing needs.
- Process invoices and manage incoming ticket requests.
- Distribute tickets to internal staff, media, and clients.
- Track ticketing supplies and equipment, reporting any necessary repairs.
- Attend meetings and discussions as required.
- Handle administrative duties assigned by the Senior Ticketing Director and Senior Ticketing Manager.
What you'll need#
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- An interest in the music industry.
- Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.
- A balance of taking direction well and showing personal initiative.
- A collaborative mindset for working within a team.
- Previous box office or ticketing experience is a plus.
