About the role#
The Brand Partnerships Intern supports the sales and brand management teams at our Toronto office. This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from September through December 2026. You will assist with administrative duties, event production, and partnership strategy. This role requires flexibility, as you will work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support, including planning, reporting, and tracking deliverables.
- Execute partner promotions while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Manage partner ticketing requests and fulfillment.
- Assist the Activation and Hospitality teams during venue site visits and special hospitality events.
- Compile data sets for artist profiles, post-event reports, and tour opportunities.
What you'll need#
- An avid interest in the music industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow direction and take personal initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Enrollment in a program such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Commitment: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
- Note: Applicants must already possess work authorization in Canada.
