About the role#
LISI Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to support the LEAN Manager. You will work on various manufacturing projects, focusing on continuous improvement and process efficiency. This is a paid, part-time, rolling internship.
What you'll do#
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track production metrics and build display boards.
- Conduct time studies to set production standards.
- Use SolidWorks to design tools, parts, and work stations.
- Write and update SOPs and work instructions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

- Location: City of Industry, California.

- Compensation: $25 per hour.
