About the role#
The Product Management Engineering Co-op supports our product management department in new product development and portfolio management. You will work across departments to help launch products, conduct market research, and build business cases. This is a rolling, full-time, on-site co-operative learning experience that alternates work terms with school semesters.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research to identify market needs.
- Perform data analysis and build business cases for new products.
- Create and maintain project timelines to ensure departmental accountability.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and training materials for product knowledge.
- Assist the engineering team with the design, development, and validation of new products.
- Track project progression through detailed documentation.
- Support sales teams by answering product-related questions.
- Monitor industry trends and new technology.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Smartsheets and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across departments.
- An analytical mindset focused on data-driven decisions.
- An interest in product design and a foundational understanding of engineering principles.

- This role is based on-site in Lebanon, Ohio.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
