About the role#
The Lindternship program is a twelve-week experience for undergraduate and graduate students. It offers hands-on work and practical skills development at our USA headquarters. The program runs from June 1, 2027, to August 20, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that directly impact our business and drive our mission forward.
- Partner with a mentor for guidance throughout the summer.
- Attend professional career development workshops and networking events.
- Select a specific function to focus on, such as Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, or Quality Assurance.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
- Initiative, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to step into leadership roles and expand your skill set.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We do not provide work visa sponsorship.
- Successful completion of a background screening and potential drug screening.

- Location: Stratham, New Hampshire.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
