About the role#
Lincoln Public Schools is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year. This role serves students in grades K-12. We have 10 positions available for this term.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with students across the district to provide psychological support. Your work involves academic and behavioral interventions, data analysis, and student assessment. You will also consult with staff and families to support child development.
What you'll need#
You must have strong communication and organization skills. Candidates need knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Support, including Respond to Intervention and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. You should be familiar with mental health services, problem-solving processes, and coaching.
For interns, you must be enrolled in an accredited School Psychology program and have finished all required coursework for the internship year. You must also qualify for a Nebraska school psychology certificate or provisional license. School Psychologists are required to hold an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology.

This position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Work is performed on-site. The term covers the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 sessions. This is a full-time, paid position.
