About the role#
The School of Divinity at Liberty University hires student workers to provide academic and administrative support on campus. You will work under the direction of the Dean’s office, department chairs, or individual professors to help with daily operations and classroom needs.
What you'll do#
- Support the Dean’s office, department chairs, or professors with various projects and administrative tasks.
- Assist in large class settings, including tracking attendance via TopHat and posting data to Canvas.
- Communicate with students through email and Canvas.
- Create and edit documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attend all required department training sessions and events.
- Follow the campus dress code and code of conduct at all times.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student in good standing.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn and use the technical systems required for the role.
- Must live in the local area to report for on-site work.

- This position is located in Lynchburg, Virginia.
- This is an on-site, part-time role.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
