About the role#
The Desktop Support Co-Op provides hands-on technical support for employees. You will work with desktop, laptop, mobile, and printer technologies. This position allows you to gain practical experience while collaborating with technology professionals. This role is open to students graduating between December 2026 and December 2028.
What you'll do#
- Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including software installation and data migration.
- Provide end-user support for enterprise devices.
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity.
- Maintain daily backup procedures.
- Liaise with third-party software and hardware vendors to resolve problems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure operating issues.
- Perform troubleshooting for business applications and connectivity.
- Collaborate with other technical support team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate’s or advanced degree program in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work 19 hours per week while taking classes.
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills with Windows, Mac, and iOS.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their potential workplace applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate with others.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Work is performed on-site.
- This is a part-time, paid position.
