About the role#
Lewis Brisbois is seeking a litigation associate attorney for its Westchester office. You will focus on defending condo and coop boards in disputes involving property damage and claims related to building governance or fiduciary duty.
What you'll do#
- Manage all phases of litigation.
- Draft and review pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Handle motion practice.
- Provide oral advocacy.
What you'll need#
- 1 to 7 years of experience defending condo and coop boards.
- Experience with property damage claims and allegations of breaches of fiduciary duty.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- Superior writing skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Location: Rye Brook, New York.

- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Salary: $135,000 to $175,000 per year.
