What you'll do#
You will manage all phases of litigation. Your daily work includes drafting and reviewing pleadings, conducting legal research, handling motion practice, and performing oral advocacy.
What you'll need#
- One to seven years of experience defending condo and coop boards
- Experience with property damage claims and breaches of fiduciary duty
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Superior writing and communication skills
Location & details#
This position is based in New York, New York. It is a full-time, hybrid role. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $175,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan with employer match.
