Strategic Partnerships and Growth Operations Intern (Pro Bono)

About the role#

This internship supports Latent AI as the company prepares for a Series B round of funding. You will contribute to organizational scaling, refine product market fit, and assist with account strategy. The goal is to produce practical, decision-oriented outputs that leadership can use for fundraising, product strategy, and sales execution.

What you'll do#

• Organizational Scaling: Build a workforce growth model, including a current-state baseline, hiring roadmap, and cost model tied to company priorities.
• Product Strategy: Define core offers, identify target buyers, and conduct market fit analysis across customer segments.
• Pricing and Packaging: Develop recommendations for pricing and packaging to support repeatable growth.
• Account Support: Assist account executives by creating standard account brief templates, pursuit research packs, and reusable research toolkits.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to document products, services, and customer use cases.
• Reporting: Draft executive memos with recommendations and provide weekly updates on progress and insights.

What you'll need#

• Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Science, or Statistics.
• Ability to build growth scenarios tied to revenue and product priorities.
• Skill in defining product boundaries and articulating target buyer needs.
• Experience or interest in conducting market fit analysis and competitive assessments.
• Capability to create standardized templates and research tools.
