About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience in component and test engineering. You will work alongside industry experts to gain exposure to reliability engineering, material science, and hardware development. This role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and professional practice.
What you'll do#
- Assist with component engineering and component test engineering tasks.
- Support Engineering Change Requests to help with sustaining engineering efforts.
- Contribute to component cost reduction initiatives.
- Build component test fixtures, secure samples, and conduct performance testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Electrical Engineering.
- An expected graduation date of 2027 or later.
- Availability to complete three semester rotations before you graduate.
Location & details#
- Location: Alpharetta, Georgia.
- Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 2027).
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate between $22.00 and $24.00, which increases with each rotation.
