About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Accounting Internship based at our world headquarters in Monroe, Michigan. You will work directly with our Accounting Department to gain practical experience and build your business acumen. This position offers exposure to various company processes and the chance to interact with senior leadership. You will conclude the season by presenting your accomplishments and feedback to leaders and fellow interns.
What you'll do#
- Support the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
- Participate in specific accounting projects.
- Gain a deep understanding of our business strategy and internal processes.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently on assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on Accounting, with 2-3 years of the program completed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Availability to travel if required by project needs.

- Location: Monroe, Michigan.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
