About the role#
The Strategy Intern supports the Strategy Department at our world headquarters. This role provides hands-on experience while helping you build business acumen and knowledge of our internal processes. You will work across various company functions and interact with senior leadership throughout the season.
What you'll do#
- Participate in projects related to company strategy.
- Gain experience in a variety of business processes.
- Present your accomplishments and feedback to leaders and fellow interns at the end of the season.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program in Business.
- Completed 2-3 years of your degree program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Availability to travel if required by the project scope.

- Location: Monroe, Michigan.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
