About the role#
The Finance team at PHC US supports business strategy and operational decisions through planning, forecasting, and performance analytics. As the business grows, the FP&A function is building scalable capabilities to support leadership. This internship provides hands-on exposure to financial analysis and helps shape the foundation of the FP&A organization within this U.S.-based business segment.
What you'll do#
- Support the establishment and enhancement of FP&A processes for PHC US.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management summaries.
- Gather inputs, maintain models, and support forecast and budget cycles.
- Collect, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and improve financial models, templates, and dashboards.
- Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests from finance leadership and business partners.
- Document workflows and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Excel and financial data analysis.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Coursework or experience in financial planning, forecasting, or budgeting is a plus.
- Exposure to financial modeling, large datasets, or financial reporting tools is helpful.
- An interest in supporting a growing U.S.-based finance organization.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
