About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the email marketing team with daily operations and outreach efforts. Working under the supervision of the Manager of Email Marketing, the intern will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns and assist in the coordination of various projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily email marketing activities and newsletter integration using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Write briefs covering copy, product selection, photo selection, and layout.
- Generate UTM links and manage email sequencing.
- Maintain and update the newsletter calendar and support the creation of customer journeys.
- Conduct regular competitive monitoring to identify industry trends.
- Provide proactive support to the team and collaborate with various departments to ensure project success.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a DEC or Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual fluency in both French and English, as the role involves managing advertising campaigns for the Canadian market.
- Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain a structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a creative, curious mindset.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion is considered an asset.
