About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the email marketing team with daily operations. You will work under the supervision of the Manager, Email Marketing, to ensure the effective outreach and execution of the email channel.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily email marketing activities and support the maintenance of the newsletter calendar.
- Integrate newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Write briefs covering copy, product selection, photo selection, and layout.
- Create UTM links and manage sequencing.
- Support the maintenance and creation of customer journeys.
- Conduct regular competitive monitoring.
- Collaborate with various departments to support the organization and implementation of projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a DEC or Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual fluency in both French and English, as you will work on advertising campaigns for the Canadian market.
- Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain a structured approach to work.
- A creative and curious mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience in retail or fashion is considered an asset.
