About the role#
This is a full-time Systems Engineering internship based in Clifton, New Jersey. The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, which means you work 80 hours over nine days and have every other Friday off. This is a paid position and does not offer sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational analysis and create concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
- Analyze system requirements from end users and systems.
- Support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
- Create and execute test plans, procedures, and cases, then document the results.
- Use software tools, scripting, and hardware or software troubleshooting techniques.
- Present design activity plans and status updates to internal and external customers.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering at an accredited university.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, or project management.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody.
