About the role#
L3Harris is hiring a Program Management Intern to assist with execution and proposal efforts within the Common Data Links International business area. You will help track program cost, schedule, resources, and performance across the portfolio. This role involves working with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
What you'll do#
- Support program management tasks for the international portfolio.
- Assist with responses to customer quote requests.
- Review cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk across different regions.
- Present status updates and project reports to leadership.
- Participate in meetings with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, RF engineering, project management, or finance.
- Proficiency in a language other than English.

- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah.

- Schedule: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
