About the role#
This is a paid, hands-on internship based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. You will work with the retail management department to gain direct experience in store operations. The role provides exposure to various leadership styles and gives you a look at how we run our retail locations.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team with daily operations.
- Assist with marketing efforts and inventory control.
- Handle accounting and auditing tasks.
- Perform human resource responsibilities.
- Manage ordering processes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A self-motivated approach to your work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
