About the role#

This paid internship provides a hands-on work experience within the Retail Management Department at Kwik Trip, Inc. You will support the retail team while gaining exposure to various leadership styles and operational activities.

What you'll do#

• Support the retail team in daily operations.
• Gain experience in marketing, inventory control, accounting, and auditing.
• Assist with ordering processes and Human Resource responsibilities.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks.

What you'll need#

• Active enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Marketing.
• High aptitude for learning new tasks and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivation and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
