About the role#
This paid internship provides a hands-on work experience within the Retail Management Department at Kwik Trip, Inc. You will support the retail team while gaining exposure to various leadership styles and operational activities.
What you'll do#
- Support the retail team in daily operations.
- Gain experience in marketing, inventory control, accounting, and auditing.
- Assist with ordering processes and Human Resource responsibilities.
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Marketing.
- High aptitude for learning new tasks and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivation and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

- Schedule: Variable hours Monday through Sunday, with flexibility provided for school scheduling.
