About the role#
Kulicke & Soffa is hiring a Process Engineering Intern to join our team in Fort Washington. This is a full-time, paid position that requires an on-site presence. We are looking for someone who can commit to 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineering groups with research and development of products and support services.
- Solve technical problems through analytical computation, design, and experimentation.
- Assemble, test, and evaluate feasibility models and engineering prototypes.
- Gather, organize, and document technical data for review.
- Analyze and report on findings from collected data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with CAD systems.
- Experience with design and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, Matlab, and JMP.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
