About the role#
We are looking for an Information Technology Intern to join our IT Operations team in Johnstown for a three-month period. This role offers hands-on experience with the technology infrastructure that supports our business. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support day-to-day operations, including end-user support, device management, and enterprise application administration.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily IT operations and troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and other end-user technology.
- Manage user account administration, access requests, software deployment, and routine IT tasks.
- Support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
- Maintain IT documentation, equipment inventories, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in technology deployments, system upgrades, and equipment refreshes.
- Support conference room technology, printers, and cybersecurity-related IT activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Strong skills in technical troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking concepts, and computer hardware.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week.
- Duration: Three months.
- This is a paid internship position.
