About the role#
Komatsu offers a 12-week internship program designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a structured learning environment. Interns receive training and mentorship while gaining exposure to various functions within the sales and marketing group. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to inform business decisions.
- Assist in creating engaging content.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Marketing, Business, or Communications program at a 4-year accredited college or university.
- Ability to apply academic background to real business situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and adapt to new challenges.
- Motivation to drive results and contribute to the team.
- Prior experience through work-study programs, volunteer leadership, clubs, or professional organizations is preferred.

- Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour.
