About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience within the design team at Kohler. You will work on kitchen and bath products while collaborating with cross-functional partners. This role runs from May 2027 through December 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support benchmarking, research, concept development, and product design.
- Create visuals and build prototypes to assist in presentation development.
- Refine design concepts and bring new ideas to life through storytelling.
- Conduct hands-on research and participate in brainstorming sessions to understand market needs and user expectations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university program for Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- A strong creative point of view with an eye for form, detail, proportion, and function.
- Proficiency in sketching, visual storytelling, and presentation development.
- Skills in digital modeling tools, specifically Rhino, SolidWorks, 3ds Max, KeyShot, or similar platforms.
- Coursework or experience in graphic design, engineering, interior design, or product development is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position located in Kohler, Wisconsin.
- The term covers Summer 2027 and Fall 2027.
