About the role#
This internship focuses on customer technical support within our Field Service Engineering team. You will work with our proprietary railroading signal controller platform, ElectroLogIXS, and document or simulate field issues in a lab environment. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Interface with the ElectroLogIXS signal controller platform.
- Support the development and assembly of the signal training simulator lab.
- Lead initial efforts for training module development.
- Document lessons learned to improve the signal training simulation lab.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering or Engineering Technology degree program.
- Completion of at least two semesters of recommended coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform DC circuit analysis.
- Familiarity with using a Digital Multi-Meter (DMM).
- Academic background or interest in electrical systems, electronics, circuits, or controls.

- This role is on-site in Grain Valley, Missouri, or locations in Florida.
