About the role#
This co-op position focuses on industry research, data analysis, sales reporting, and customer support processes. You will work with the Sales Operations team to support efficiency and decision-making across the business. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Product Management.
What you'll do#
- Review and validate AI-generated daily industry updates for the executive team.
- Research and update monthly industry and economic data for business reviews.
- Track and document competitive insights and industry developments for strategic planning.
- Assist with sales finance tasks, including financial analysis, cost analysis, and sales planning.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and recurring monthly data.
- Support master data and account management processes.
- Help administer customer loyalty programs and CRM tools.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries and track recurring metrics.
- Support ad hoc sales and marketing operations requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university.
- Major in Sales, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in database concepts and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
