About the role#
This co-op position offers students in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science the chance to apply AI tools to manufacturing and office environments. You will work on-site to identify ways to improve workflows, build AI models, and help teams across the company understand how to use these technologies effectively.
What you'll do#
- Analyze current office and manufacturing processes to find new AI use cases.
- Build and test AI models using Python and other relevant tools.
- Work with various departments to understand their challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Create and lead AI training sessions for employees.
- Help draft internal policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices for AI use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Avon, Ohio.
- The position operates on a rolling term basis.
