    About the role#

    This co-op position offers students in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science the chance to apply AI tools to manufacturing and office environments. You will work on-site to identify ways to improve workflows, build AI models, and help teams across the company understand how to use these technologies effectively.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze current office and manufacturing processes to find new AI use cases.
    • Build and test AI models using Python and other relevant tools.
    • Work with various departments to understand their challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
    • Create and lead AI training sessions for employees.
    • Help draft internal policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices for AI use.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment at an accredited college or university.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python.
    • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
    • Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Avon, Ohio.
    • The position operates on a rolling term basis.
