PROJECT MANAGER INTERN

About the role#

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in road construction project management. You will work on-site in Bemidji, Minnesota, during the Summer of 2026. The role is full-time, with typical hours scheduled Monday through Saturday.

What you'll do#

• Learn and complete project management tasks for road construction projects.
• Handle scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence.
• Monitor trucking and haul costs, job costs, and timecards.
• Perform takeoffs and filing duties.
• Assist the field crew with traffic control setup.
• Manage material pickups, drop-offs, and various errands.
• Support the team with special projects as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Must be actively pursuing or have recently received a degree or certificate in Project Management, Construction, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A GED, high school diploma, or equivalent critical thinking skills.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

• Compensation: $25.00/hour.
