About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves working on-site and requires the ability to perform manual labor as part of daily field operations. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with tracking quantities and daily costs.
- Support the development of submittals and RFIs.
- Participate in layout and surveying activities.
- Prepare daily reports and conduct quality control tasks.
- Support the implementation of the safety plan.
- Perform manual labor as required on the job site.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, another engineering discipline, or Construction Management.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Project.
- A self-starting attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- A valid driver's license and a qualifying driving record according to company policy.
- Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test and participate in random drug testing throughout employment.
