About the role#
The Field Intern position supports construction projects by assisting Project Managers and Superintendents. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Boise, Idaho. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in a professional manner.
What you'll do#
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with quantity tracking and submittals.
- Support the development of RFIs, layout, and surveying tasks.
- Conduct daily cost tracking and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure quality control and provide support for the site safety plan.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and Project.
- A self-starting attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- A valid driver's license and a qualifying driving record according to company policy.
- Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test and random drug testing throughout employment.
