This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the construction industry. Interns will report directly to a department manager or supervisor, collaborating with team members across the organization to support daily operations. The role includes completing an internship-long project and taking on various tasks as needed.

- Take on various tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a university or college program with a focus on Construction Management, Materials Management, Project Management, Maintenance, Engineering, Estimating, Manufacturing, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Customer service skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

- Location: Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June – August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time or part-time (12-week duration).
- Compensation: Paid internship.
