About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the construction industry. Interns will report directly to a department manager or supervisor, collaborating with team members across the organization to support daily operations. The role includes completing an internship-long project and taking on various tasks as needed.

What you'll need#

• Active enrollment in a university or college program with a focus on Construction Management, Materials Management, Project Management, Maintenance, Engineering, Estimating, Manufacturing, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Customer service skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

• Location: Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June – August).
• Modality: On-site.
• Status: Full-time or part-time (12-week duration).
• Compensation: Paid internship.
