Digital Marketing Intern

About the role#

Kiteworks is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support the demand generation team. This role focuses on the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns and the creation of content using AI tools. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day operations and produce creative assets for B2B markets.

What you'll do#

• Manage daily operations across paid media platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Reddit, and MNTN to ensure campaign accuracy and performance.
• Create ad copy using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, refining outputs based on feedback.
• Produce video content for connected TV and social channels, including scripting, voiceover, and animation.
• Coordinate with the design team on creative production and manage the revision process.
• Monitor creative performance to identify when campaigns require refreshes or new concepts.
• Manage social amplification tools to support leadership and company engagement.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
• Support the QA process for automated workflows and stay updated on emerging digital marketing and AI trends.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or recent graduation.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, or Meta.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI tools for content creation, research, or productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity.
• A creative mindset and a bias toward action.
