About the role#
As a Product Growth Intern, you will report to a manager on the Product Growth team. You will help design and execute business models that align with customer value. This role involves addressing strategic questions for executive leadership. You will have direct input into shaping your summer projects based on your interests and business needs. Past projects have included designing product monetization strategies, mapping margin recovery paths, and developing internal tools to improve business motions.
What you'll do#
- Lead the execution and implementation of pricing, packaging, and overall monetization decisions for core platform products and new initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to operationalize new business strategies.
- Synthesize complex data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Act as a player-coach to guide team members and ensure a collaborative environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program, with graduation between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready presentation capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI or cybersecurity products is preferred.
