About the role#
This is a 12-month co-op position based in Estevan. You will support the Integrated Operations Center by assisting with the startup of the Mitsue Truck Terminal. Your primary focus is the management of asset data and maintenance schedules within the Azzier system.
What you'll do#
- Enter and validate equipment data for new terminal assets to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance job plans, SOPs, and equipment routes.
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to keep asset information current.
- Organize and digitize existing asset records.
- Update and manage Azzier records for assets across the organization.
- Find and fix data gaps to improve record integrity.
- Help improve documentation and processes for asset management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering program.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with both office and field staff.
- Experience with Power BI is an asset.
- A commitment to operational improvement.
Location & details#
- Location: Estevan, Saskatchewan.
- Work Modality: This is a hybrid role. You will work from the office Tuesday through Thursday and have the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
