About the role#
Kensington is transitioning to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform with a go-live date in 2027. As an ERP Transformation Intern, you will join the Finance and Strategy team to support this initiative. You will gain experience with enterprise systems, business process design, data analysis, and testing methodologies. You will report to the Senior Manager and work with teams across Finance, Technology, and Operations.
What you'll do#
- Execute test scripts, validate system functionality, and identify defects to support ERP testing.
- Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data between current and future systems.
- Create, review, and maintain test scripts, test cases, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to investigate issues and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Use data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to support process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in working with data.
- Comfort learning and navigating new business systems and technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, or AI tools is an asset.
