Intensive Care Coordinator Internship- MA Level

About the role#

This internship offers Master’s level students the opportunity to gain clinical experience within the Community Service Agency (CSA) division. Interns work directly with children and families to address significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. The role focuses on providing individualized services in home, school, and community settings while receiving supervision from licensed staff to support clinical growth toward degree completion.

What you'll do#

• Support children and families with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Utilize strength-based and needs-driven practices to deliver care.
• Collaborate with team members to provide individualized services.
• Engage in evidence-based practices.
• Participate in clinical supervision to meet degree requirements.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program or higher in mental health, social work, or psychology.
• A clinical interest in working with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed models of treatment is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
