About the role#
Justice Resource Institute offers an internship within the Community Based Services division. This role supports families and children with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. Interns work in the community to provide strength-based, individualized care. You will receive supervision from licensed staff to support your clinical growth and degree requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program or higher in a mental health field, such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- A clinical interest in working with children and adolescents.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed treatment models is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
