About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time, on-site internship based in our San Francisco office. You will own a meaningful project that contributes directly to our product or engineering infrastructure. You will work alongside our engineers to ship real work that our customers use. You will be paired with both a manager and a mentor to provide technical guidance and support throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Build alongside software engineers and ship real code.
- Collaborate on improving search result quality and ranking.
- Use LLMs to enhance recruiter effectiveness.
- Contribute to internal tools, developer experience, or testing infrastructure.
- Participate in an intern cohort with programming, leadership conversations, and project demos.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience programming in at least one language.
- A solid understanding of core computer science concepts.
- A proven ability to build something from scratch, whether through a class, personal project, or research.
- Ability to work from our San Francisco office for the full 12-week duration.
