About the role#
As a Global Investment Banking Full Time Analyst, you will join the Natural Resources Group. This program provides comprehensive training, hands-on learning, and mentorship through projects designed to build your skills in corporate finance. You will receive pre-training coursework and dedicated preparation for Series 79 and 63 exams.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market data, build detailed financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets advisory.
- Participate in client transactions from the initial pitch through to closing, working directly with senior leaders.
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Strengthen technical skills in corporate finance while supporting the growth of clients and communities.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 from a bachelor’s or master’s program.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend effectively.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred.
