2026 Firmwide Design Development Program - Summer Internship

About the role#

The Firmwide Design Development Program is a 10-week summer internship designed to help new UX talent grow within the financial technology space. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams to research and design products for customers, clients, and employees. Under the mentorship of UX practitioners, you will gain exposure to both Experience Design and Experience Research while contributing to meaningful projects.

What you'll do#

• Design and re-design product experiences under the guidance of Experience Leads.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to understand user needs and evaluate solutions.
• Explore design options through ideation and prototyping to create effective solutions.
• Create user flows and wireframes to diagram product interactivity.
• Build upon the existing Design System to bring solutions to life.
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design practices into your work.
• Present designs and articulate your decision-making process to Design Leads and product teams.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline (such as Interaction Design, HCI, or User Experience Design) or a related field (including Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Engineering, or Communications).
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A digital portfolio that demonstrates user-centered thinking and clearly communicates your process through the stages of problem, ideation, testing, solution, impact, and reflection.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
