About the role#
The 2027 Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a nine-week summer internship designed to provide exposure to wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. The program begins with one week of training and orientation to prepare interns to contribute to client-facing teams. Top performers may be considered for a full-time offer upon completion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and support existing ones.
- Develop and deliver customized, comprehensive financial solutions to help clients protect, manage, and grow their wealth.
- Provide service by understanding specific client goals and tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- If pursuing a Master’s degree, it must be within two years of receiving your Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be attending a college or university in the U.S.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams to develop complex solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, macro-level economic trends, and a desire to work in a client-facing, relationship-building, and sales capacity.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
