2027 Operations Analyst Program - Summer Analyst

About the role#

The 2027 Operations Analyst Program is a 9-week summer internship designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience within the firm's Operations function. You will join one of our lines of business—such as Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Bank, Consumer & Community Bank, or Corporate Functions—to support day-to-day activities. This program serves as a pipeline for full-time employment, and successful interns may receive an offer to join the full-time Operations Analyst Program upon graduation.

What you'll do#

Your responsibilities will align with core disciplines including processing, trade support, reporting, and transformation. Key tasks include:

• Assist with the end-to-end management of the client lifecycle, from onboarding through account maintenance.
• Analyze reference data to help support trading activities.
• Support data analytics and reporting for your team and business lines.
• Identify process gaps to optimize workflows in collaboration with Technology teams.
• Implement AI and Machine Learning solutions within Business Operations teams.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A, or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Well-rounded academic background with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• A growth mindset and a strong desire to learn financial operations.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and work effectively within deadlines.
