About the role#
The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Summer Analyst opportunity is a 9-week internship designed to provide foundational experience within the firm's marketing organization. Participants gain insight into how marketing drives business growth and supports clients globally. The program includes training, access to a support network of managers and mentors, and coaching sessions to develop professional skills. Successful completion of this internship may lead to an offer for the 2-year full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer trends to support team insights and improve marketing outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to contribute to projects while building foundational marketing skills.
- Support marketing projects by using AI and new technologies to research trends, draft content, and brainstorm campaign ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or Psychology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing through coursework, prior roles, or leadership experience.
- Ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging content.
- Strong research skills to gather insights regarding competitors, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data to understand customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for research and content development, with an awareness of ethical use and data accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects.
