About the role#
The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Summer Analyst opportunity is a 9-week internship designed to provide foundational knowledge and professional experience within the firm's marketing organization. Participants gain insight into how marketing drives business growth and serves clients globally. The program includes structured training, access to a support network of managers and mentors, and frequent feedback sessions. Successful completion may lead to an offer of employment for the 2-year full-time rotational program.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer trends to support team insights and improve marketing outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to contribute to projects while building professional and technical skills.
- Utilize AI and new technologies to research trends, draft content, and brainstorm campaign ideas to support marketing projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or Psychology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated interest in marketing through coursework or prior roles.
- Ability to think creatively to develop innovative strategies and engaging content with high attention to detail.
- Strong research skills to gather insights on competitors, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to understand market trends and customer behavior.
- Familiarity with generative AI for research and content development, with an awareness of ethical use.
- Preferred: Minimum GPA of 3.2, familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Adobe Analytics), and knowledge of online marketing channels.
