About the role#

The Global Families Group is a New York-based team providing comprehensive wealth management services to international clients. As a full-time Analyst in the 2027 Global Private Bank Advisor Program, you will support advisors and specialists in managing, protecting, and growing client wealth. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training experience designed to build your technical and professional skills while connecting you with peers and senior leadership.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with advisors and specialists to acquire new clients and serve the needs of existing ones.
• Deliver customized wealth management solutions, including investments, credit, banking, and trust and estate services.
• Participate in ongoing formal and informal training throughout the program.
• Build professional networks and develop expertise in complex financial solutions.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and exercise discretion with confidential information.
• A desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
