About the role#

As a Global Investment Banking Full Time Analyst, you will join an industry coverage, specialized M&A, or Capital Markets team. You will advise clients on strategic and financial decisions, including M&A, capital raising, and client advisory engagements. The program provides comprehensive training, hands-on learning, and mentorship to build a foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution.

What you'll do#

• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to support client engagements.
• Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, strategic reviews, and financing discussions.
• Support advisory and capital markets assignments by conducting analysis and contributing to execution efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while taking ownership of key deliverables.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly through written materials, presentations, and interactions with senior bankers and clients.

What you'll need#

• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 from a bachelor's or master's program.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend effectively.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (limited sponsorship available for specific STEM degree programs).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
