About the role#
The Global Finance & Business Management Summer Analyst program is a 9-week internship designed to provide hands-on experience in financial analysis, data interpretation, and project management. You will join one of our finance teams within Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, or Project Management. This program includes training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders. Successful completion of the internship may lead to an offer for the full-time two-year rotational Analyst program.
What you'll do#
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and controls across the transaction lifecycle.
- Create meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business strategy.
- Support initiatives that drive cross-line-of-business or firmwide priorities.
- Track progress, analyze outcomes, and support data-informed decision-making across project lifecycles.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management, analytics, and data.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A digital-first mindset with data-driven critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in academic or community organizations.
