About the role#
The Global Finance & Business Management Summer Analyst program is a 9-week internship designed to immerse participants in the firm's financial and operational strategies. Analysts work within functional groups including Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, and Project Management. This program serves as a pipeline for the full-time Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program. Interns receive training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership through hands-on projects that require data interpretation, financial analysis, and critical thinking.
What you'll do#
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks.
- Create meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business strategy.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and controls across the transaction lifecycle.
- Support initiatives that drive cross-line-of-business or firmwide priorities.
- Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives supported by financial and data-driven insights.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S. degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or June 2028.
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Digital-first mindset with data-driven critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in academic or community organizations.
