About the role#
The 2026 Software Engineer Program is a 6-month tech apprenticeship designed for students to gain hands-on experience in a global technology environment. The program begins in January 2026 and offers exposure to the firm's culture through networking, senior speaker sessions, and mentorship. Top performers may be invited to join the full-time Software Engineer Program starting in July 2026.
What you'll do#
- Own projects end-to-end and keep stakeholders informed of development progress.
- Collaborate with peers and experienced software engineers within agile teams.
- Share ideas and innovation with a global community of technologists.
- Create solutions that impact customers, clients, and employees.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Info Systems, Internet & Info Technology, or Computer Applications.
- Accumulated at least 45 credits by the end of Fall 2025.
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, React, JavaScript, Java, C++, C#), databases, data structures, and algorithms.
- Baseline knowledge of technical disciplines such as cloud, artificial intelligence, or mobile development.
- Exposure to agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Familiarity with Big Data or data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams.
